This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of Personal Information and Research Data (as defined below) by Aitomistic (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of our AI-driven molecular simulation apps, websites, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies to all users, including individual researchers, academic institutions, and enterprises.

We collect Personal Information (e.g., name, contact details, account information) to:

1.2 Research Data
For AI molecular simulation services, we may process Research Data, including:
Storage: Research Data and Personal Information are stored in secure servers within China, unless cross-border transfer is explicitly permitted and compliant with Chinese laws.
Security Measures:
Encryption for sensitive data (e.g., personal information such as name and email address).
Access controls and audit logs for authorized personnel.
We have the right to entrust third-party service providers (such as cloud service providers and payment platforms) to process data. When entrusting third-party services, we will enter into confidentiality agreements with such third parties. You acknowledge that we cannot provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the service conduct or outcomes of such third parties. If any breach or infringement by a third party results in harm to your rights, you agree to pursue liability solely against the third party. 3.2 Academic Collaboration
Research Data may be shared with academic partners for collaborative studies only with your explicit consent.
Unless you request otherwise, we will remove personal identifiers from data used in collaboration to ensure anonymization.
3.3 Cross-Border Transfer
Cross-border transfers of Research Data or Personal Information require:
Prior approval from the National Cyberspace Administration (NCA).
Execution of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized mechanisms.
Under 14 Years Old: We do not proactively collect personal information of minors. If such information is required for service purposes, it must be authorized by their legal guardian. However, if a user provides personal information of a minor through falsification, forgery, or other means that prevent us from identifying it as such, it shall not be deemed as our proactive collection.
Academic Users: Institutions must ensure compliance with China's PIPL when submitting data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through our Services. You acknowledge that the updated Policy shall take effect as of its actual release date and version, and you hereby agree to be bound by the updated terms. By continuing to use our Services after the Policy is updated, you confirm your acceptance of the revised terms.
